Performance Improvements?

This app, along with its customer service, is a joke, in my opinion. I am waiting over two weeks for their tech team to resolve an issue and still no call back. Log in on the app or online and my account is unretrievable. Press the blue OnStar button and disconnected so many times while on hold for tech. OnStar is a joke. Works off of cell towers, so if your phone doesnt have coverage theres a pretty good chance OnStar doesnt either. I HATE OnStar
