If there was an option for a zero this one would take the cake. Top of the line 2014 ELR and I cant even get any vehicle status updates. Hopefully someone at GM is reading this. Might as well pull the app until you fix it, it is completely useless. Slower than my 486 PC.

Since the last update, this app does not work. Used it all the time before, now its useless!

The old app worked great and I used it all the time and loved it. I downloaded the new app and it doesn’t work. It doesn’t seem to connect with the car. Further, it doesn’t seem to have any new functionality that I can see - just a different look. I haven’t had time to spend with OnStar support to get it to work and pressing the Blue Button don’t help - they didn’t know what to do about it and said I would have to call support. I probably won’t bother since, like most of us, who has the time to spend on fixing someone else’s problems? Too bad - it was a good thing while it lasted I caution anyone to rethink “up” grading to the new app.

The last version at least stayed logged on. This I was only able to use once when it was opened the first time. Now i cant even log back in.

Not sure how your supposed to sign up and add your info in order to use this app??

This app is so slow, and the key fob commands take for ever

This app is supposed to give access to my new GM WHAT A JOKE! I have called numerous times and still no fix Pull the app and do not try to sell this as a feature for GM products Embarrassing

This latest version is an epic fail. None of the features are working for our 2011 Cruz

This app is garbage. It has terrible features and is of no value. And be careful. I bought a new 2014 Chevy, bought minutes for the phone then out of nowhere they started to charge me for onstar at insane prices. And when you call them its Impossible to cancel. All they do is talk and talk to try and con you out of money. Terrible app, terrible company.

App used to be great. Now can no longer send trip to vehicle. What a piece of crap!!!!!!

The salesman at the Chevrolet dealer was able to login to remote link using my login information on his Samsung galaxy, and he was able to operate my door locks and start my car. Unfortunately when I downloaded the app on my iPhone 5s the app crashes immediately after I accept the license agreement. And every subsequent time I try to open the app it immediately crashes to the home screen. Someone please fix this app. Its not much good if it useless to most the users. I mean really, its pretty rare to see an app with 1 star lol. The developers must read the reviews? Get it together!

Re-installed 2x and the app still wont open up. Waste of time.

Super slow and does not send directions to my truck glad it is only in the free trial still will not get after done dont recommend !

The app used to work amazingly but the last few weeks nothing works.

It took me a couple of weeks to set my own routine for using this app, namely: after a trip I refill my tank and before I garage the car: then 1: open the app on my iPad2 mini, and 2: with the car still running or the accessories on, I thee finger "pull down" the Apps status page to update the Gas Tank and mileage . 3: I wait about half a minute for my actions to updates to my gas tank and mileage status. NOTE: I do not havre a tire pressure monitor. Then I shut down for the evening. The App is a to use. I usually use my key fob to remotely start the car.-- and mostly in the winter months to warm the car up !!

My vehicle does NOT have a wifi hotspot ! Why am I suddenly seeing this option ?!

Well if it isnt bad enough that you have to have an active Onstar subscription, the last couple updates removed the free feature of locating your vehicle on a map and now its a paid extra. I hate companies that are always looking at how to squeeze an extra dollar out of consumers, we already are paying for that, put it back.
