The ability to let your vehicle longer would be amazing. With all this technology you should be able to make your vehicle run as long as you want. Three extra strong stars for the runtime, WORKS 90% of the times I use the app.

The map in this thing is awful! Ive been using it for years now and they still havent updated for retina displays. Consider any other car manufacturer than GM.

The app takes forever to load and forever to follow a command. By the time it loads and the command has been sent, I could have found my keys and done the same thing twice over. Its only useful if you need to start it or ensure its locked from far away. Otherwise its utterly useless.

Since the iOS 10 update my app no longer works. I cannot start my truck. Please update your app to work with iOS 10.

The app wont connect to check diagnostics, because of that reduced my rating. The suggestions I have is to be able to email feedback from the app and be able to view in landscape mode on iPad and iPhone not just portrait

Location service was working fine but during a refresh to get the latest location, the program goes black and goes to the background. Now happens every time after entering my PIN code.

Dont usually have a problem with the app, but every time I try to use the map services today, to locate the vehicle, the app shuts down. Deleted and reinstalled the app, but still no luck.

This would be a great app if it actually worked consistent. Its probably works 1 out of 10 times. Otherwise it crashes - especially with location services. You pay for a service that advertises these features that never work properly

App did not work all of a sudden and was locked out of my car. Had to wait an hour for roadside assistance!!!

This would be a really great app if it worked but when we need (want) to use it this app fails to connect. If our cell phones or our cellular service provider were as undependable as this app wed go back to a land line! Great idea GM, too bad it only works intermittently, bummer!

My app just randomly closes when I try to locate my vehicle in map.

The map locator function just leads to force-closed any time you try to refresh the cars location

Works well, great to start car on a hot day. But why no Apple Watch app yet??

Im in love with the app. But, I feel like there is a connection issue it takes forever to lock and unlock my car

App started crashing today when trying to locate vehicle.

Title pretty much sums it up. It functions nearly flawlessly, but looks like it hasnt been updated since the iPhone 4, and while TouchID is a natural fit, this app doesnt support it.

Like the app, would like to see Touch ID, or Apple Watch support added instead of having to enter pin all the time.

This app is great as far as giving diagnostics, but the map for location is concerning. This is a car my child uses. Too many times when I try to use this part of the app, it just crashes. If Im going to be paying for the service, it should work when I need it.

Ive had my Canyon for two weeks now. I love my truck. I love this app too actually better than the GMC app. My only concerns are I hope that it updates all info automatically, that I dont have to pull to refresh to get the current status of the vehicle. I specially want this auto status update on whether I locked/arm the truck or not-also it would be better if it also has a date of status on the key fob tab, it only has time. How would I know if that is current if it doesnt have date? Also make the history available in the home tabs w by hide it in the help tab. Thanks.
