Downloaded the app just to have it tell me it doesnt support the vehicle on my account. Was hoping to get the vehicle diagnostic reports right to my phone. Well, so much for this useless app.

Onstar will only connect if Im on wi-fi, I do have cellular turned on, any ideas?

Ive had my new equinox for four weeks and this app fails at least once a week. Onstar technical support has been unable to solve the problem. This is a terrible app and I wouldnt install it on my phone.

Ive been having a few issues...One is, when I go to remote start, its saying the Door Lock is pending. I never hit lock the door so thats an issue. I basically deleted & reinstalled the app to fix it. It generally works great & helps you track where all your cars are

We use this app every day to check charge status on the Volt and remote start from inside work. It would be great if there were an Apple Watch app as well to perform the key fob actions!!

I have 2 GMCs and it works great for me and my wife!
