My vehicle never turns on, on the first try.

Please work on app for Apple Watch. A app that would work with Siri voice commands like start car, and unlock car.

I downloaded this app and it does not work at all. Will not allow me to log in says it does not work with my vehicle. I have a 2009 Buick Enclave cxl I have onstar so why will in not work with my vehicle?

The location service stopped working last week.

I have family locater included in my package and the app doesnt allow me to locate my car anymore. Been having problems for the past few weeks so Im going to try and uninstall and reinstall the app and maybe thatll help my problem.

This app may work great for Chevy owners but as the singular app linked from the OnStar homepage its a waste of time. I used the button prominently placed on the website, installed the app, and logged in only to find out my "vehicle is not supported". Upon further review i.e. the last line of the description, I was directed back to the website to find vehicles supported. There you will find there are four separate apps for each brand of GM vehicle equipped with OnStar. Unfortunately myBuick doesnt support the model I own.

When I try to sign into the app all I get is an error message. It worked fine on my galaxy but not my iPhone.

Can anyone out there explain to me how ONE app (from GM) mostly (99%) works, and yet ANOTHER [similar] app that BARELY works?!?!? - and yet that is the situation & case with (and between) the MyChevy App & the Onstar App. I just got a new Volt 2017 today and when the Onstar rep told me to download the MyChevy App I was excited that I could remotely do things with my new Volt, such as: check status, have notifications, etc., etc. It was only after I downloaded the MyChevy App that I noticed that it BARELY worked! (With NUMEROUS problems, such as) - 1) All of the "Fob" and Map functions worked, but... 2) NONE of the vehicle status and notification functions worked (or took a LONG time to update). ....BUT (here is the fascinating thing), I then downloaded the ONSTAR App, and GUESS WHAT!!...... - ALL.... of the functions WORKED (that did NOT work, in the MyChevy App)... You know what this told me??!? (That ANY logical person could see!!!) ---- That the MyChevy App/software programmers apparently have NO communications with the Onstar App programmers!!! ---(Isnt this AMAZING!?! -- that the programmers, supposedly from the SAME company [GM] DONT COMMUNICATE with each other?!?! -- cause if they DID then the Onstar guys will/would TELL the MyChevy Guys HOW to make the MyChevy App HOW TO WORK properly!!!!!!!! So LISTEN UP (GM software Managers).... WAKE UP from your Ivory towers and START (today) to DO YOUR JOBS, by FIXING the MyChevy App, so that it will WORK!!! [100%], like the Onstar App properly (mostly) works. Youre all in the SAME company, Right?!? Or, if GM is "subcontracting" these App creations...,, then THEY (GM) needs to WAKE UP!!!!!!! (And tell their MyChevy programmers AND their Onstar programmers to WORK TOGETHER to FIX all of the MyChevy Apps NUMEROUS bugs!!!!!!!!!!!! - SERIOUSLY, it is THAT SIMPLE!!!

My only complaint is that there isnt any support for Apple Watch. If I can start my car from my phone, there is no reason I cant start it from my Apple Watch. Please work on this feature as it would be very beneficial and another reason to keep buying cars that have OnStar.

App works well with my 2016 Colorado but want Apple Watch lock unlock and start capabilities

This app work how it supposed to work thank you. I wish thou this app could be implemented in the Apple Watch.

I really enjoyed using this app but recently the app will no longer load my vehicle diagnostics and for that I am sadden and can only leave a 3 star. Once I can use my app again Ill give a 5 star.

Did remote link send out an email saying it was being replaced with my Chevrolet ?? When I called the help line the guy answered the phone Hello"

Buggy never works on my malibu. Also using iPhone 6s latest software version. Please update and for the love of goodness FIX THESE BUGS

We need support for Apple watch

This app has many nice features, but could use better integration with other apps such as Yelp. Other apps seem to find more points of interest (e.g., restaurants). It would be nice such that if I find a restaurant in Yelp I could send the destination to my Buick nav system directly.

The app works great..... I just wish they would offer it as a stand alone feature with out any other services! I dont need emergency services or turn by turn directions all I want is to be able to control my truck from my phone....oh well it would be a 5 star review if it werent for that! Going now to RIP the board out of the module so on star cant see or contact my truck anymore.....too bad cause I would GLADLY pay $10/month for it but oh well guess they dont want any more money...

If the people at Onstar are reading this i would like to see a feature or two added in time... Such as vibration feedback or tone to confirm your vehicle has started or locked or if the alarm goes off to notify you and a feature that you can can roll up all windows with a push of a button if you have forgotten to and your four floors up at work and it starts pouring down rain and you dont want to run outside.

App works as its supposed to, just wish it was a little quicker. I think a few patches could make it better. Also looking to see OnStar create an Apple Watch app so that car owners could start or lock/unlock their vehicle from their wrist. Now that would be the future!
