How long has the iPhone 6 been out? 2 years and the new resolution is still not supported? How lazy can you be

Why do we not have an extension for the Apple Watch yet??? This would be awesome! I like to run and hate keeping my keys and phone one me. I could lock them up in the truck and run, listen to my music on the watch and then u lock my truck and go, all from my watch. This would be great, come on Onstar!

I have used the service for a year and loved it. But for renewal, I want to wait till there will be support for Apple Watch.

This went from 5 stars to 1 after updating to iOS 10...now it wont work. As soon as developers get it working again itll go back to 5.

Since new iOS, the app crashes

9/30/16 update – just waited for nearly half an hour for this remote lock to unlock my vehicle. Now late for a meeting. Thank you GM for your stellar product. 2/16/16 - Typical of a General Motors company that cant operate on its own and need to bail out, the system is right in line with what you would expect. The unlock feature tends to not work when it is below zero with a windchill of 20° below. Very convenient. Oh, by the way, no need to blame the Internet – it is in 4G - five bar territory. Try to get your product right before you put it on the market. Chrysler has a system that is much, much better.

Love the app, I use this just about every day. But, please add some of the newest features. It would be great if they could add in support for fingerprint sign in and 3D Touch from the home screen.

I love this app and the ability to start my vehicle remotely. However, please consider making an Apple Watch version of the app.

Doesnt work since I upgraded my iPhone.

So, the fact stands that your phone does not actually possess the capability to unlock your car. This seems to be hard to understand. The reason for the "delay" (about 30seconds to 1 minute) is that the app is communicating with a satellite, in space, to unlock your car. I hardly think having to wait less than a minute for that is asking too much. This app has saved me multiple times.

Ive seen the bad reviews on here but this app works perfectly for me. (14 Silverado). Absolutely flawless performance. When is the apple watch variant coming out? Apple Watch app?!?

I like this app, the speed differences between older versions (2010, 2011 & 2012) have vastly improved in my both 2016 Silverado and my 2016 Tahoe. It used to take a minute or 2, sometimes even more to send a destination to my indash nav, it now takes about 5 seconds. One problem is when I try to send a destination using my address book, as soon as I click on the address in my address book, the app crashes. I have to copy the address and paste it into remote link. Using iPhone with iOS 10.0.2

This needs Apple Watch support!!

Onstar is in so many vehicles yet they dont spend any time or effort on their app. Would appreciate a more robust system in the app and online as well as support for new features such as apple watch and widgets.

Not working when trying to register or sync with your vehicle

OnStar account is up to date, but APP stopped working after iOS 10 update. I was able to download addresses to in-dash nav system, but not able to now. Reinstalled app but still does my work. Need Update to APP.

App simply does not work. Cannot log on to app, but can log on to OnStar website. Deleted the app. Simply terrible.

Ive only had the app for a few days now. Bit of a delay when unlocking and starting car but no big deal. It works! If I could make one suggestion. Id like to be able to locate my vehicle in the app and then when it shows the address, I should be able to click the address and have the option to "open in maps" or google maps. Other than that, i really cant complain. Love the app.
