the UI in the last version is way better than this one, and it doesnt work! It keeps refreshing but keeping my telling me its failed. NOT A HAPPY ZL1 ONSTAR USER!

This app WAS amazing until the latest update. Now I cant send any commands to my vehicle without getting a (709 error) message. No one can figure out why. Truly a disappointment as Its been the best feature for 3 years. All good things must come to an end.

There is something wrong with the latest version. Mileage is inaccurate.

Compared to last year, the app works way better. Faster and more reliable (most of the time) but One thing this needs is the option to deny apps from using my cars wifi. For example, I may want google maps or Facebook to use it but not anything else...especially games. Hopefully we get that option soon!!:)

App hasnt worked properly since the iOS 9 update. No longer able view my vehicles status/diagnostics.

Ever since update I have to login and agree to legal stuff every time I open the app. This bug needs to be fixed!

Is there any way of adding controls where we can turn on heated seats or even set the heat?

Love the turn by turn directions. Made my first road trip so less stressful. When I got in the middle of a construction nightmare a live advisor came on and got me thru it. I would never go on a trip without it. Love it.

Since the new upgrade to the 4G LTE network, this app works so much better! Its about damn time!

This app worked amazing now for the last couple of days it wont let me log in saying "unsupported vehicle selection" whats up with that... The truck didnt change since I opened the account. Not impressed.

2 out of 10 times it will start while Im inside my house. Ive opened garage door, pointed my phone right at my truck with nothing in the way and still fails to start.

What happened to the tab that showed onstar hands free calling minutes and phone number. This update has not brought it back. I want it back!! Move forward not backwards.

I love this app, I can start either of my vehicle with a tap. Im not sure what all the negative reviews are all about!

We love the remote app. As for the engine running time- we have a bylaw in our city that only allows idling for 5 minutes. However, the phone tab would be nice.

For the amount On Star costs it should at least be updated to the iPhone 6 display size. Also include 3D Touch, Touch ID, and Apple Watch support! This app is way out of date

inconsistent, unintuitive, limited worth, but pretty funny for a joke...

This app, along with its customer service, is a joke, in my opinion. I am waiting over two weeks for their tech team to resolve an issue and still no call back. Log in on the app or online and my account is unretrievable. Press the blue OnStar button and disconnected so many times while on hold for tech. OnStar is a joke. Works off of cell towers, so if your phone doesnt have coverage theres a pretty good chance OnStar doesnt either. I HATE OnStar
